Management Responsibilities Manage the Information Services function, including internal and contract persons Create and maintain an advanced, contemporary IT architecture Manage all internal corporate applications, including introduction, maintenance, and user experience Accept responsibility and authority for the security of corporate data, as well as external transactions of this data Maintain competence as to all related technologies, including networking and security Accept responsibility and authority for maintaining a functioning and accessible data system. Expertly lead all efforts to recover from adverse events Operational Responsibilities Provide computer & network support via onsite visits, telephone support, ticket support, and remote services Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computers, printers, and mobile devices General Network and System Administration Administer client servers & network infrastructure with appropriate reporting, logging, and monitoring Support our local data center and disaster recovery environment Reimaging desktops and laptops Asset management and inventory control Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures 2-5 years of experience supporting end-users in a consulting/IT support environment. 2-5 years of experience with TCP/IP networking (proficiency with routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.) 2-5 years of experience supporting virtual environments using VMware or Windows Hyper-V server 2-5 years of experience with Active Directory deployment and administration 2-5 years of experience managing, administering, and supporting various cloud services Experience with one of the following routers/firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco / Meraki, Fortinet, Sophos.)
