Manage and troubleshoot incoming I.T. support requests, including hardware, software, networking, and peripheral device issues.Experience configuring, managing, and patching Windows-based PCs.Experienced with Windows Active Directory, setting up domain users, reviewing group policies, managing OU permissions, and maintaining account and network passwords.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC and laptop hardware issues and install hardware, including hard drives, memory, monitors, keyboards, mice, and USB drives.Hands-on experience with Networking (Ethernet, Wi-Fi in a Windows environment).Experience with Office 365 administration and MFA products (Preferred).Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etcetera - installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).Ability to track, order, manage, and configure computer equipment and user accounts for varying services and systems.Experience managing security applications, including enterprise AV, Backup, and other software, as well as familiarity with security best practices.Able to work overtime as needed and/or support facilities after hours by phone or computer.Mobile device management troubleshooting and configurationsWork with Valence IT, other sites as needed, and 3rd party resources to execute IT-related projects.Must be customer oriented and cool-tempered.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The position involves working with and around hazardous chemicals, paints and solvents. The majority of work is performed in shop conditions.Company Benefits:
