The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, enjoys providing technical assistance and support to a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, and has a great understanding of IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a trailblazing entertainment company and work with top industry executives.**Responsibilities:*** Manage Helpdesk function in a timely and professional manner, including, but not limited to, providing technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software, answering queries and addressing user issues, generating weekly reports, identifying trends and opportunities, and contributing to internal IT knowledge base.* Keep server room organized and clean, cycling air conditioners regularly, and maintaining inventory of items.* Maintain IT assets such as tagging and keeping inventory of all equipment, and tracking software licenses.* Conduct regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of all equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Support the delivery of assets to distribution endpoints, moving massive quantities of data in bulk.* Recover equipment from employees who are exiting the company.* Monitor and maintain building access system and users, working with vendor on repairs and improvements as needed.* Continually monitor and maintain companys website, including monitoring site performance analytics, enabling data access, and proactively working to ensure minimal downtime.* Stay abreast of latest trends in IT solutions, utilizing effective research strategies to provide recommendations for potential upgrades, changes, and/or solutions.* Create an onboarding guide and curriculum for new hires.* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:***Knowledge and Experience** 2-3 years of relevant experience, education, and/or technical training.* Google Workspace Certification a plus.* Proficiency in Mac, Windows, G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and MDM for both Windows and Apple end user devices required.* Knowledge of Asana and other project management tools, Slack, Dropbox, Wordpress, and all video conferencing platforms: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Cisco Webex, Amazon Chime.* Understanding of FreeNAS, JAMF, Adobe Creative Cloud, Netsuite, Iconik, Amazon AWS S3 (incl.
