Job Description
You will be the Production Planner, for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team. Our team is responsible for configuration management of the F-16 work instructions for the production line.
What You Will Be Doing
The production Planner will be responsible for the job functions/roles listed below:
•Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production workers.•Plans detail operations from blueprints, engineering orders, change notices, and other engineering releases.•Prepares shop work orders for materials and product processing.•Maintains progress reports and other related records.

Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of aircraft and/or aviation related experience.
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering documents and drawings.
- Experience with Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM).
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired skills
- Associate Degree and/or 3 years demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/engineering related tasks.
- F-16 experience
- Aircraft maintenance, production and/or modification/ general manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience writing manufacturing work instructions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with CAPP, SAP.
- Experience with multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing assignments in a variety of cross-functional areas.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $53,900 - $103,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
