Associate Director, Marketing

to be based in our New York office; this is a hybrid role with at least 3 days expected in-person.This role will be responsible for helping to organize and implement our marketing strategies and initiatives in North America. The individual works closely with other teams across the firm to design and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy, Creation and ManagementDevelop and Execute Strategy:

Create and implement a comprehensive, innovative, and high-quality content strategyContent Calendar Management:

Own the content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of all content projectsFull Cycle Content Development:

Oversee the entire content development process from drafting to distributionCollaboration with Partners:

Partner with practice and sector leaders to draft and refine thought leadership content, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiativesData-Driven Content:

Collaborate with the Research team to create data-driven thought leadership piecesCreative Packaging:

Work with the Digital and Creative teams to package thought leadership in visually engaging and creative formats (e.g., infographics, videos, interactive websites)Industry Trends:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and the competitive landscapeInternal Marketing:

Partner with the internal communications team to promote thought leadership and other marketing initiatives internallyCampaign ManagementFull Cycle Campaign Management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns and coordinate with the broader global marketing team to support various marketing campaignsTargeting and Channels:

Advise practice and sector partners on targeting and audience channels, both externally and internallyBest Practices:

Stay informed about developments in campaign marketing and share best practices with the teamBusiness Development EnablementMarketing Materials Management:

Maintain and update the library of marketing materials (collateral, pitch decks, credential decks) to ensure they reflect the FGS Global brand and messagingAccessibility:

Work with the internal communications team to ensure marketing materials are easily accessibleMetrics and BudgetingBudget Management:

Oversee the content creation and campaign budgetMetrics Tracking:

Manage the tracking and reporting of content performance metrics.OtherCross-Functional Support:

Provide support to other marketing functions as neededThe Person:The ideal candidate must be a proactive and solution-oriented thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
