The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Oracle Fusion ERP applications and will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our ERP solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users to create, execute, and manage test plans and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.Define testing strategies and approaches to ensure complete and effective coverage of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.Execute manual and automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and stability of Oracle Fusion ERP applications.Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.Identify, document, and track defects and issues discovered during testing.Work closely with development and functional teams to communicate issues, provide detailed defect reports, and ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to understand system requirements and design effective test scenarios.Participate in project meetings, review sessions, and requirement workshops to provide testing insights and feedback.Create and maintain detailed documentation related to testing activities, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect logs.Provide regular status reports on testing progress, issues, and outcomes to project stakeholders.Minimum QualificationsExperience with specific Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR).Knowledge of Oracle DB and database testing.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Good understanding and hands-on experience on Software Testing.Expert level experience in testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.Experience in working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.Experience with JIRA and Qtest.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP testing, including functional, integration, and performance testing.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and their functionalities.Proficiency in test management and automation tools (e.g., Oracle Application Testing Suite, Selenium).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).Certifications: Relevant Oracle Fusion ERP or testing certifications are highly desirable.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.Furthermore, please do note that Genpact does not charge fees to process job applications and applicants are not required to pay to participate in our hiring process in any other way.
