The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, developing business strategies, and leading a team to drive the studio's success. Additionally, the Managing Partner will represent the brand in the podcasting and media industries.QualificationsExpertise in Business Management, Strategic Planning, and LeadershipExperience in Client Relationship Management and SalesStrong Team Leadership and Communication skillsFinancial Management and Budgeting knowledgeFamiliarity with YouTube, social media, SEO, and other forms of organic marketing is a strong bonusProject Management skills within a creative environmentCreativity and innovation in problem-solvingConnections in the media space are a bonusA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExperience in the podcast, media, or entertainment industry is a plusInvestment required for partnership
