Ranked by Forbes as one of the Top 10 National Employers, we invite you to be a part of the UT Southwestern team where you'll discover teamwork, professionalism, and consistent opportunities for growth.Experience and EducationHigh School diploma plus two (2) years related experience required.May consider prior customer service experience.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).Job DutiesPerform highly responsible operations support duties using independent judgment within defined departmental guidelines and according to departmental policies and procedures; perform clinical operational support tasks as assigned.Assists therapists with properly routing patients through scheduled clinic activities.Addresses patient requests and needs or directs them to appropriate staff when needed.Assists with therapy supply levels and linen management.Aids in arranging inpatient transportation to and from clinic as needed.May assist in scheduling patients and appointments.Assists in maintaining clean, safe and organized work area.Maintains current technical skills as needed by attending training programs and seminars to continue level of competency.Identifies and notifies manager of patient care issues.Maintains current customer service, clinical, and technical skills by attending training programs and seminars to continue level of competency and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
