Location:Mercy Regional Medical800 East Main StreetVille Platte, LA 70586, USAPosition Overview:The CRNA provides patient care based upon the anesthesia practices compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and procedures.Responsibilities:Participate in the hospital’s program of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Participate in the hospital’s program of Quality and Appropriateness.Be responsible and accountable for the patient care for pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.Minimum Requirements:Graduation from a school of nursing.Graduation from a school of nurse anesthesia by the AANA Council on Accrediting of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs.Successfully completed the AANA council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.Meets AANA council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists biennial recertification criteria.Holds current license in the State of Louisiana as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice.
