Critical to the success of this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional global teams, in particular our AMER team, as you help us scale a world class global GTM business.

What will I be doing

Growing LATAM sales, channel partners, customer retention, margin and market share via setting comprehensive goals for performance and growthBeing the internal expert of local LATAM market nuancesSpending time with our LATAM customers to understand how SafetyCulture can best meet their needs and be a voice of the customer to internal teamsFull responsibility of forecasts, guiding go-to-market strategies, budgets, lead generation and other elementsEvaluating performance through analyzing and interpreting data and metricsEmployee-focused, you will partner with the people team to provide a development culture for employees of all tenureEnhancing and modeling the company’s culture, values and behavior as well as frequently communicating with all team members to drive engagement and performanceWhat do I need

Demonstrated SaaS sales experience, ideally aligned to product led growthDeep market expertise of multiple LATAM regions to enable you to create an impactful sales strategyFull business proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese language ideallyA strong commercial background involving lead generation, marketing, direct sales, sales & channel management, contract negotiation and key account managementA track record of partnering with Customer Success and Product to bring about solutions that work for your local marketDemonstrated ability to successfully build relationships and teams on a multi-regional basisAbility to identify new customer opportunities and work with existing customers to position SafetyCulture as their business effectiveness partner of choiceA team player able to work well with the technical team to prioritize projects and accelerate time to market for new productsMore than a job
