You will sit within the studio in Redmond, WA, tightly integrated with the development team, as well as Halo franchise and Xbox stakeholders. You will work closely with studio partners to define a course of action that integrates games, hardware, and services.You know the market, the product, the product line, and the competition.

You operate from a strong basis of knowledge about the Halo franchise and the competitive landscape. You are curious about what drives success and can explain why the market behaves as it does. Your role is to find the true story of the product, collaborating closely with the game development team throughout its lifecycle. Marketing is not something to be figured out at the very end. Your insights are vital for product milestone reviews, and the development team relies on you to champion their story within the broader Xbox organization.Audience Alignment.

You will tell your story together with Xbox, one of the world’s best-known entertainment brands.QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business5+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally console and PC.Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessPassion for gaming and entertainment.Ability to perform within a matrixed organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven success leading and partnering with studio and creative teams.Experience delivering results in a cross-functional organization.Excellent creative and strategic thinking.Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
