As an SAP ECC Consultant, you will work for 15% to 20% of the time doing integration of SAP Service Management.
Responsibilities:The position is functional. The candidate needs to be able to perform configuration tasks in SAP based on requirements, so strong configuration experience is a must. The person would also be required to write functional specifications for the technical team for development and perform Functional Unit Testing to confirm the changes.
Conducting ongoing communication within IS and with business operations (e.g., user review meetings for milestone sign-off, obtaining user feedback, reporting on project status)Directing day-to-day maintenance of production software systemsEnsuring established service level agreements are adhered toECC shop with a future roadmap to migrate to S4 Hana
Qualifications:5 years+ of SAP hands-on experience with configuration within CS moduleIndustry background and strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service ContractsExperience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
