The manufacturer’s signature brands include Belgard and Echelon hardscape and masonry materials; Barrette Outdoor Living and MoistureShield fencing, decking and railing; Sakrete and Amerimix packaged concrete and mortar; Techniseal sands, jointing technologies and surface protectors; PebbleTec pool finishes; plus popular brands of landscape and gardening materials.Job SummaryTheTerritory Sales Managerwill be the face of Oldcastle for our Barrette Outdoor Living and RDI Railing brands in their given territory (Washington, Portland, Alaska and Hawaii). The position will work closely with the Regional Sales Director and implement processes to develop more business in the traditional 2-step distribution channel.Job ResponsibilitiesImproving and leading the assigned territory to increase sales at Retail lumber yards and assist with PK’S and special order of MoistureShield throughout the territoryLeading and coordinating sales functionsCoordinating and conducting training on our products for store personnelRepresents MoistureShield and attends trade home shows to promote our productInvestigating and, if applicable, resolving customer claims to reinforce relationship between customer and local storeCoordinates liaison between sales department and other sales-related unitsPrepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansionMonitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competitionResponsible for pull through sales to builders, architects and homeownersJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5+ years related experience in SalesExperience in the building material space is a plusValid Driver’s License with clean driving recordExcellent Customer Service and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeTravel up to 50% with some overnight travelCompensationBase pay is $75,000 - $100,000Competitive commission/incentive packageWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
