Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner, Lead role include:Advising employees and people managers on topics such as workforce shaping, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development plans, reorganizations, and employee engagement surveys.Coaching managers in effective and proactive people management initiatives such as leadership skills, training and development, organizational design, and performance concerns.Understanding and mitigating corporate risk associated with relevant employment laws/policies; advising on sophisticated leave topics (ADA, FMLA, etc.) when advanced beyond standard processes.Collaborating and partnering with our Centers of Excellence (e.g., talent advisors, workforce analytics, DEI, benefits, compensation, learning & development, employee relations, etc.) to effectively deliver and complete the talent strategy, HR processes, and reporting for the business.Supporting the broader HR Business Partner community (i.e., focus groups, team builds, engagement initiatives, special projects, etc.).Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
8 - 10 years of client facing experience or consulting experience or a combination.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.Change management skills & experiences are key.Proven experience in data analysis (Excel and PowerPoint).Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources Certification or coaching certification, preferred.Keys to Success in this Role:
