Here at Gulfeagle we are "Building a Career for YOU".Director of Human ResourcesJOB SUMMARYResponsible for developing and executing human resource strategy specifically, in the areas of succession planning, talent management, performance management, compliance, training and development, total compensation and insurance management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Work with the company's executive leadership team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet human capital needs.Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost-effective.Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, compliance, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits companywide.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Oversee daily benefit functions, open enrollments, online website, and submission of 5500 including but not limited to medical and supplemental insurance as well as 401(k).Manage comprehensive insurance programs to minimize risk and cost, including working with broker for renewals, reviewing reserves, and settlement of claims as well as overall account management.Function as a strategic business partner to fleet and safety to manage and mitigate risk.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Well organized person with strong administrative and good interpersonal skills who can act as a role model to uphold the company’s mission and core values. A person who has exceptional leadership skills and integrity to manage the HR team in office and remote.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline.SHRM Certification Preferred.5-7 years' experience in HR Management with multi-state operations.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office products. Excel experience a must.Knowledge of office methods, practices, procedures, and data analytics.Ability to plan, diagnose problems and foresee potential complications.Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships as part of a team effort with those contacted in the performance of duties, to include all other employees and customers.BENEFITS:PTO and Paid HolidaysLife, AD&D, Short & Long-Term Disability
