The Opportunity:To help communities recover quicker and more fully from natural disasters, our clients need help looking at their operations from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization or transforming an existing one, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, a Resilience Organization Change Management and Communications Specialist who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the strategy and roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.As a Resilience Organization Change Management and Communications Specialist on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on how our clients envision, define, and implement transformational changes for organizations focused on promoting resilience. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce organizational alternatives design and analysis, stakeholder analysis, change management, and strategic communications that enables an organization to accelerate adoption of change. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your experience with organizational change models, including how a change will impact business processes, combined with a deep understanding of the resilience mission-space to create a customized action plan. You’ll analyze stakeholder needs and barriers to change to facilitate organizational transformations. You’ll be a strategic communicator experienced in developing messaging, materials, and products that are creative and reach your target audience using social media and all types of stakeholder engagement. You’ll be a seasoned project manager able to manage client expectations and lead a team. Throughout the change life cycle, you’ll identify and communicate opportunities to expand services to existing clients. Join us and lead change for the better!Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:Experience with working on large-scale transformation efforts in the federal, state, or local government on resilience, disaster management, or sustainability issues.

Experience with managing and inspiring a team of staff to peak performance.

Experience in working with and facilitating discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, including Prosci or LaMarsh.

Knowledge of traditional and social marketing techniques to stakeholder engagement.

Ability to craft and develop communications using data-driven approaches.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.

Bachelor's degree.

Nice If You Have:Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possession of excellent project management skills.

Change Management Certification.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
