Senior Product Marketing Manager

is responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategy of key products and service lines aligned to this business area. Key activities include market segmentation, persona research and development, creation of original and persuasive messaging and frameworks, buyer journey mapping, and monitoring the competitive landscape to drive business results in line with business strategy. This position includes supporting the Sr. Director of Product Marketing in the development of the overall marketing strategy for launch planning, go-to-market programs, and sales readiness as well as overall results-focused execution.The role requires high levels of collaboration across the business, distributed marketing teams, and sales channels and works closely with key stakeholders – product teams, sales and services teams, and within the global marketing organization. The person will also be responsible for defining requirements for effective marketing campaigns, positioning, and market credentials and for driving thought leadership on specific topics to address customer needs to reinforce product messaging. This role will also work closely with the other Product Marketing Managers within the team to ensure alignment of all marketing communications and content to our customers.Experience, Education, Skills, and AccomplishmentsMinimum BS degreeMinimum 7 years of experience in product/segment marketing role, preferably in B2B information services, medical device and/or medical technologies industry.Familiarity with medical device or medical technology product lifecycles, R&D, and clinical trials leading to commercialization activitiesIt Would Be Great If You Also Have…Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes, reimbursement models, and clinical decision-makingStrong experience and understanding of product commercialization strategy and tactics.Expertise in identifying trends and marketing opportunities through dataProven ability to develop and execute against marketing strategies focused on lead generation and retention, with measurable and demonstrated KPIsAdditional Traits:Excellent organizational/project management skills working with multiple groups across geographies and culturesProven ability to work independently and in teams to implement and deliver on projects and programsProven ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across global locations.Well organized and disciplined with regards to policy, procedure, and standardsWhat Will You Be Doing in This Role?Define and articulate unique value propositions and messaging that address customer needs and differentiate Clarivate Life Sciences & Healthcare Medtech offerings in the market.Create effective product-related sales tools and work with enablement teams to empower the sales team to generate new business.In collaboration with the Director of Product Marketing, develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Clarivate's Life Sciences & Healthcare Medtech solutions.Conduct market research, persona development, and buyer journey mapping to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviors and needs.Collaborate with product, go-to-market, sales, and marketing teams to successfully launch new capabilities and services.Work closely with product and sales to gather feedback and insights for continuous service and message improvement.Collaborate with the broader marketing organization to develop and execute marketing campaigns, content creation, and demand generation initiatives.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective marketing initiatives and communication.Hours of WorkRegular business hours with some flexibility to attend global meetings virtuallyThis position can be performed hybrid near any of our US officesClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/DisabledAbout Us
