The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner serves as our chief Talent Scout and evangelist for the company, finding the right talent for the right position from all sources. Is the face of the company at external events and shares the Cerrowire story with groups, individuals, job fairs, potential candidates, etc. Provides exemplary customer service to internal clients through effective recruitment tools to ensure “Ready Now” talent is supplied for the business when they have talent needs.

Will oversee the talent acquisition process by building the process and structure that efficiently and effectively fills open positions, from needs assessments, sourcing, screening, interviews, job offer, and coordinating new hire orientation. Ensures we provide the best candidate experience possible so that all candidates feel it was a positive experience. Will help to build out the company’s campus recruiting and early-career programs.

While partnering with leaders across the entire company, will build and coach clients on talent acquisition strategies, navigating and resolving talent pipeline issues, and create unique Employment Branding strategies. This individual will be a thought leader on required skillsets and strategies to acquire specific talent as the company's needs change. Will build talent programs around candidate experience, onboarding, and continue to keep up with market dynamics by bringing relevant updated talent programs to the organization. Will collaboratively work on Employer Branding, New Employee Orientation, Referral Programs and others to ensure positive transition from candidate to team member.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combined education and experience

5+ years of talent acquisition management experience, leading searches for all levels of an organization

Experience building, coaching and leading the recruiting process in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment preferred

Experience using Targeted Selection or closely related process

Proven track record as a relationship-builder, team player, collaborator, coach, and facilitator

Passion for recruiting and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Major Responsibility Areas and Duties

Talent Acquisition Leadership:

Execute the full life cycle recruiting process by developing a targeted sourcing strategy that leverages a variety of tools, including but not limited to: resources including the internet, social media, database, college recruiting, community organizations, agency partnerships, internal and external networking, and other techniques.

Impact job description development through review and market understanding. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

Set clear expectations of process with hiring managers

Partner with Human Resources to align the culture and fit of all candidates

Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners

Research, propose and contribute to creating suitable and beneficial digital community partnerships and networking to enhance our candidate pipeline

Evaluate and analyze data and metrics in relation to established Talent Acquisition goals and Key Performance Indicators

Recommend process improvements, advanced recruiting approaches, and staffing best practices to increase the effectiveness of the team

Provide reporting and analytics on all aspects of the recruiting process to management

Candidate Sourcing:

Source and qualify candidates using all possible methods, including social media, networking and various other recruiting tools

Manage the intake meeting with hiring managers; confirm alignment on the candidate profile

Guide and influence the interview team based on role, management, and team dynamics

Manage the candidate feedback and debrief process, driving the hiring process for timeliness and a great candidate experience

Be a candidate advocate to the hiring manager and interview team

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios

Campus Recruiting:

Develop and manage an internship program

Manage relationships with schools, professional associations, and other organizations to build new networks of appropriate sources for hiring.

Attends external career fairs and coordinate/plan internal open houses

Ability to effectively build the Cerrowire Value Proposition in order to sell the value of role, company, manager, and team

Tech savvy with ATS, MS Office products, Social Media, and other programs/systems necessary for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Capable of discerning motivations for job, career and company changes

Excellent partnership and communication skills

A strong drive to ensure candidates have the best experience when applying to and interviewing at Cerrowire

Ability to adapt to constantly shifting priorities in managing a wide-range of projects

Influential and effective situational communication skills; both written and verbal

Demonstrated formal and informal leadership skills in a team setting

Excellent planning or project management skills/organization, analytic skills, strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills at a variety of levels

Strong Relationship building skills

Understanding of the fast-paced nature of recruiting and working with a sense of urgency

Creative thinker: solving problems creatively and utilizing talent creatively

Consultative in recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.

Demonstrated ability to identify strategic organizational talent issues and influence change

Polished written and verbal communication skills; organized and yet flexible enough to stay ahead of talent trends
