Discover what to expect during your journey as a candidate with us.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join a team dedicated to rapidly building, testing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. Our team is looking for a hands-on subject matter expert with all processes related to data, including scraping, cleaning, processing, and governance. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp on the differences between various ML algorithms and frameworks, as well as when to select and apply the best ML approach given a set of constraints. This candidate should also have extensive experience building sophisticated data and modeling pipelines in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate also has experience leveraging MLOps tools to deploy, maintain, and monitor AI solutions across a variety of client spaces.You Have:5+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer, data engineer, or data scientist3+ years of experience with AI and ML applications, including computer vision, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learningExperience with programming languages, including Python, R, Java, or C++Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learnKnowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDHS SuitabilityNice If You Have:Experience with MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and integrating models into larger systemsExperience architecting and deploying generative AI solutions, such as large language models (LLMs)Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub ActionsExperience with model serving solutions, such as AWS SageMaker, KServe, or Seldon CoreExperience with infrastructure as code technologies, including Terraform, Pulumi, or AnsibleVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; DHS Suitability is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
