A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a

Senior Director, Insights and Analytics

to evaluate/define brand performance and proactively delivering actionable insights to support Neuropsychiatry. The duties include analytics, primary marketing research, secondary analytics and competitive intelligence.Location:

Boston, MA (2-3 days/week)Salary:

Up to 285k base + bonusResponsibilities:Lead/manage the relationship with Franchise Leadership Team from an Insights and Analytics perspectiveScope, lead, and deliver cross-functional projects across core insights functions, including market research, forecasting support, competitive intelligence, brand analytics, and field analyticsDeliver high quality analyses for leadership that offer clear recommendations in support of brand strategyCollaborate with Advanced Analytics and Orchestration team, other BI and Operations teams to support initiatives to guide brand strategy and executionProvide commercial team with comprehensive performance, target audience, and market insights to support strategy & resource investmentsManage insights spend to allocated budget; pursue novel research methodologies that offer new capabilities and ways to optimize project efficiencyDrive innovation in analytics and business execution to have impact on the business performance and investment strategyRequirements;12+ years of experience performing analytics and insights for a pharmaceutical brand specifically in Depression or Women’s Health,Experience LEADING a pharma brand from an Insights perspectiveProduct launch experienceSolid understanding of commercial business and industry standard data – script (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.), Patient (Specialty Pharmacies/Distributors), and Managed Care (Symphony, etc.)Strong analytical and quantitative skill set, including Excel modeling skillsExperience launching multiple brands from an insights and analytics perspectiveExperience handling a product in a contentious allianceAbility to drive change management/ organizational transformation through collaboration and lateral leadership
