Transaction Advisory Services | Boston, United States | 21009619Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.Day-to-day responsibilities:Managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clientsExamining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periodsAssisting in identifying issues (quality of earnings, working capital considerations, debt and debt-like items) for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal terminationIdentifying post-acquisition steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvementsAssisting clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issuesIdentifying new business opportunities and developing long-term business relationshipsManaging and contributing to complex areas of the report-writing processMentoring analysts and senior associatesFinancial Due Diligence (FDD) experience essentialSignificant related accounting or finance work experienceBachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBACPA or CPA eligiblePublic accounting experienceDemonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated interpersonal and client relationship skillsProven written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PowerPoint and ExcelFlexibility to travel, as neededAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
