The

VP, Performance Creative Strategy

will have the opportunity to support our client, a global tech and leading software company for creative professionals. Your experience with brands, marketing, content, social, digital, and technology-enabled creative will achieve success and innovation. You will report into the SVP, Performance Creative Strategy for this hybrid opportunity.As the VP of Performance Creative Strategy, you will lead the strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution of all creative plans by setting goals, developing comprehensive plans, and ensuring the successful execution of all creative projects. You will oversee the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns, project management, partner strategy programs, cross-channel campaigns, the creation of content, and other creative assets. Additionally, you will partner with key account team members to define goals (KPI's), track analytics, report findings, and make recommendations for lead generation and conversion strategies.You will lead a team of Strategy Directors and Strategists, collaborating with other senior leaders, managers, creative, and activation teams. Being the digital marketing expert with unwavering experience inspiring teams. Using your expertise in omni-channel orchestration (including media, CRM, direct mail, UX, and mobile), we are looking for both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.Responsibilities:Develop and implement the creative strategy, creative direction, analytics, and execution for all plans.Hire, mentor, and lead the creative strategy team.Define and lead the initial processes that help delivery teams scope.Build our client relationship and understand their needs and goals. Communicate directly with clients to address questions.Identify opportunities to create leads and enhance conversions by measuring, testing, iterating, and optimizing for maximum return on investment.Develop a detailed understanding of our clients' customers' desires, needs, and behaviors throughout the entire customer journey.Manage cross-channel campaigns that bring our products and brand to life across all consumer touchpoints.Design and implement creative strategy and campaigns that align with specific product goals, from awareness to conversion and brand loyalty.Foster collaboration and execution across both our teams and external partners.Oversee creative campaigns and briefs from concept through execution.Collaborate with the team to collect, analyze, and report on campaign and creative performance, identifying insights and optimization opportunities to keep creative and messaging fresh and engaging.Establish transparent processes to facilitate efficient workflows and communication between the creative team and other departments.Maintain an open and inclusive team culture that fosters individual growth and value creation.Qualifications

12+ years' experience in a strategy position.Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.Excellent knowledge of Dynamic Creative Optimization.Experience working with B2B2C.Experience working on a global scale account and software experience is necessary.Ability to translate data to uncover insights that inform strategic communication planning and execution.A compelling storyteller, endlessly curious and questioning, with an ability to shift perspectives and reveal valuable insights and creative opportunities through data and collaborative narratives with all levels of the agency and its partners to achieve growth.A true collaborator with experience managing large-scale projects across multiple digital platforms, effectively connecting the dots.Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
