Additional Assignment Details:• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates• Contract Length: 13 Weeks• Start Date: 12/3• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36• Primary Location: Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital• Shift Requirements: 12 hour Days; every other weekend and holiday rotation• Holiday groupings:• Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, NIHSS, WI RN required• Minimum Experience: 2+ years of MS experience required. At least one travel contract completed preferred. MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE.• Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience• Charting Experience Required: recent Epic charting in past 12 months• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 2E MedSurg (22 beds ); up to 1:6• They will need to be trained for charge which will be additional training on the unit• Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies• Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
