No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Open to accommodating block schedule? N/A Locals accepted?: No, 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Must have WV license prior to start RTO Restrictions: No, must be included on profile/application at the time of submittal Guaranteed Hours: 40 Special Requirements: Venipuncture, CTA work, STROKE Calls, Traumas

CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st.
