Lyra Technology Group is looking for a sales leader to step in as Head of Growth for one of their operating companies, UIS Technology Partners.

Your Responsibilities as Head of Growth:

  1. Transitioning the organization away from founder-led sales.
  2. Professionalizing the sales function by building out structure, sales process, tooling, compensation plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  3. Acting as a player/coach—leveraging your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while building out and managing a sales team.
  4. Running cross-functional growth campaigns, collaborating with sales, account management, marketing, and operations.
  5. Being a business partner to the CEO—formulating overall business strategy and executing it.
  6. Possessing Managed Service Provider sales experience, preferably in an MSP environment or non-profit space.
  7. Having experience with the non-profit sector, as UIS is centered in the Bay area and focuses on this end-market.
