Qualifications for our Residential HVAC Service Technicians:Preferably two years residential experience, must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.
Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Residential HVAC Service Technician:Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of residential forced air heating & cooling, hot water & steam heating systemsDiagnosis, repair, and installation or residential Indoor Air Quality ProductsReplacement of HVAC home controlsWater heater replacement and diagnosisHVAC expertise on cross-division projectsHVAC safety consultantRegularly practice jobsite safetyAddress and perform work adhering to local and national codesCustomer liaison and consultant on new products and project planningTraining of new employees on policy and proceduresContinued training and educationTraining of new employees on policy and proceduresAbility to read schematics and manufacturer specs
