Collaborating closely with sales, your role ensures customer satisfaction and project success through innovative engineering solutions.

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and commission fluid power systems in collaboration with the sales team to meet customer requirements and ensure project success.Produce hydraulic schematics, mechanical assembly and layout drawings, and BOMs.Develop manufacturing standards and implement programs for fluid power projects.Assist in developing standard product offerings and component standards.Provide technical training and guidance to technicians on component application and assembly.Support project planners and contribute to project qualification and testing procedures.Troubleshoot and revise designs, pilot runs, and conduct customer acceptance testing.Provide start-up assistance to customers for built equipment and validate system designs.Assist in eliminating sales obstacles through innovative approaches and maintain technical knowledge through training activities.Requirements:

Qualifications

EducationBachelor's degree in engineering (ME) or equivalent experience.PE certification is a plus.ExperienceAt least three to five (3-5) years of Fluid Power experience applying Pumps, Valves, Filters, Actuators, etc.Skills & AbilitiesProficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office Products.Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.Thorough knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to take ownership of challenging technical support issues.Benefits
