Your expertise will help us optimize workflow and achieve our business goals efficiently.
Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes:Read part blueprints and documentation to understand machining parameters and programs.Determine machining processes from print to part.Select, align, and secure work holding, cutting tools, and materials on CNC Swiss machines.Operate machines by loading and unloading parts, adjusting settings, and monitoring processes.Maintain specifications by observing operations, troubleshooting processes, and replacing worn tools.Verify finished work-piece conformance to specifications using measurement tools.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety procedures and regulations.Document production and quality logs, and collaborate with engineers to resolve machining problems.Requirements:Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and Swiss CNC machining is
A MUSTFunctional Skills: Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, familiarity with CNC machining principles, ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient at Star, Spring, or Tsugami CNC machines (preferred).Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.Leadership/Behaviors: Solid collaboration skills, openness to new ideas, positive attitude, flexibility, versatility.Culture Match Behaviors: Respectful, honest,
