Rehabilitation and Support Worker Position in Missoula, Montana

Ideal candidate characteristics: reliability, honesty, compassion, and empathy. Primary role: assisting clients along the path to recovery. Responsibilities include attending support meetings, aiding with shopping, and participating in healing activities. Work closely with Case Managers and Therapists to develop personalized recovery plans. Collaborate to guide clients in achieving their recovery objectives.

Full-time & Part-time positions: Monday to Friday day shift with flexible scheduling.Compensation:

$16.50 hourlyResponsibilities:

Provide transportation for clients to their appointments.Facilitate recovery-based group activities.Assess and evaluate barriers that impact independent or community living.Address and improve communication skills.Identify and implement strategies for managing symptoms.Assist in developing social support systems.Adapt skills for various areas of life such as home, work, education, leisure, and social activities.Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary.Complete required training, both in-person and online.Maintain detailed documentation on a daily basis.Meet productivity standards.Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old for licensing.Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance coverage.Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.Schedule and attend necessary meetings.Demonstrate regular attendance.Qualifications:
