Comprehensive Geriatrics Program in Portland and Southwest Washington!
Our services include Geriatric assessment clinics located in the Portland metro area (Good Samaritan and Meridian Park) and SW Washington (Salmon creek) that provide comprehensive consultative services to manage complex geriatrics issues, outpatient Geriatric psychiatry consults, Geriatric inpatient hospitalist program including a hip fracture service, inpatient delirium and geriatric psychiatry consults and nursing home program.
Legacy Geriatrics is looking to hire outpatient Geriatricians for our Geriatrics assessment clinics.

Qualifications:M.D. or D.OApproved residency in internal medicine or family practiceCertified, American Board of Internal Medicine or Family PracticeCertified added qualification in GeriatricsMedical License for OR and WAFollows guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
