Description: Administrative SupportResearch, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President,including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.Edit and complete first drafts for written communications to external stake holders.Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting, acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the President's ability to effectively lead the department.Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, often with deadline pressures.

Project AssistanceManage a variety of special projects for the President, many of which may have organizational impact.Follow-through on projects to successful completion.

Analytical SkillsStrong analytical skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and data-driven insights.Ability to effectively interpret and leverage information to drive organizational success.Innovate solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives.Use statistical and analytical tools (such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau) to interpret and visualize data.Identify trends, correlations, and insights from large datasets.Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze data and derive actionable recommendations.

Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree preferredStrong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level ExecutivesExperience and interest in internal and external communicationsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
