Job Purpose:Responsible for preparing the scheduling of cycle counts to be performed. Audit of inventory records accuracy through scheduled and on demand cycle counts, including review of current cycle count system and development of any changes required to that system.
Duties & Responsibilities:Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.Responsible for answering stakeholders in a timely manner.Assist in updating dims and weights for all materials in database.Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventoryAlways follow all safety rules and regulations.Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behaviorBe able to carefully and safely drive material handling equipment and other warehouse equipment.

Professional & Educational Background:High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum 3 years+ inventory cycle count/inventory control experience in a 3PL environmentWorking knowledge of inventory programs and MS OfficeExperience working with RF Scanners2+ years’ experience operating Forklifts with a valid licenseKnowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry considered an assetExposure to ISO standards would be considered an asset
