Program Manager to join our
YII Business Development Group
in
Plano, TX The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization.
What you will be doing:
The Program Manager will Support the BDG in all activities for CFT as liaison to customer. Manage Tier customers as well as coordinate with internal stakeholders. Follow up on customer inquiry from RFQ to Launch and beyond to support program success through key milestones. Conduct short-term and long-term planning for budgets and review all processes and procedures for continuous improvements. Financial awareness for customer/supplier deliverables. Coordinate projects within group. Propose and check resources (people power, materials, and machinery), planning, and methods (processes).
Tracking of wire harness project engineering change levels, status reporting, approval status, build schedules and deliveriesDirect coordination with manufacturing sites for new/engineering change implementationSupport the procurement of components for prototype and production deliveryMaintain Quality Gates and APQP documentation (with QA Dept support)Maintain financial documentation for each project including margin and budget statusSupport customer visits to Manufacturing sitesWhat you will bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related fieldMinimum 3 years of Project management experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive engineeringHigh Voltage/Low Voltage related work experience especially in EDSInterfaced with high demand customer at fast development phaseWhat we can provide you:
