Your New Role:
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care
Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Setting: Outpatient rural health clinic
Schedule: 32 clinical hours per week with 8 admin hours; clinic open Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM
Experience: NP/PA with experience required
Patient Population: All ages, scheduled and walk-in patients

In this Role:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our facility in Sullivan County, NH, you will provide primary care services in an outpatient rural health clinic. This clinic operates with modern equipment and a complete wireless roaming point-to-point All Scripts EHR system for seamless workflow. Your role will involve seeing patients of all ages, including scheduled and walk-in visits, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and exercising independent judgment in assessments.
