SPCE's mission is to collaborate with individuals, businesses, and communities through transformative educational programs and experiences. This position reports to the Director of Youth Programs and supports program details, implementation, and program development. The Youth Programs Program Coordinator manages logistics for each program and assists in marketing and promotion of youth programs.Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate logistics for year-round programming, including various tasks such as facility reservations, marketing,registrations, communication with parents/students/staff, and onsite management

- Assist in the marketing and promotion of programming while working with both the director of marketing and the youth program director to ensure target audiences are being reached

- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of staff for each program, including various tasks such as interviewing, processing payment paperwork, and training

- Assist in the enhancement of current programming and the development of new programming to meet needs within the community, including various tasks such as regular partnership meetings and program evaluations

- Work with the Office of Youth Safety to ensure program compliance, including various tasks such as program registration and background check requestsQualifications:- Knowledge of event and program planning/management- Organization skills and attention to detail- Ability to organize multiple sources of information- Ability to provide excellent customer service- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously- Ability to learn program-specific software, i.e. Student Manager/Marketing Cloud/Cascade- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteAdditional Posting Information:Conditions of Employment:Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
