Energy Efficiency Retail Program Lead

to join our growing government services team who will be responsible for the successful launch and deployment of IRA Inflation reduction Act programs with retail partners.

As the Retail Program Lead with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment with a team of outreach and operations staff all focused on deploying IRA Energy programs across the country. The Retail Program Lead will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, developing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.Resource Innovations (RI) is a

With every step, we’re leading the charge to power change.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages program launch and implementation including development of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, and providing accurate forecasting both internally and to clients.Delivers successful large-budget, energy programs to State client(s) per contract terms and program budgets.Identifies, defines, quantifies, tracks and drives program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.Manages, leads, and mentors a dynamic team by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports and creates effective delivery teams.Supports outreach functions through community engagement, program presentations, and relationship building.Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.Manages client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues.Interfaces with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needs.Other responsibilities as assigned.RequirementsDue to IRA (inflation Reduction Act) funding stipulations, US Citizenship is required.A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering or related field of study requiredA minimum of 6+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or a related field required, Multifamily or Commercial & Industrial (C&I) program experience preferred.Previous Management experience including experience leading technical staff.Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plansProficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM toolsLocated in Phoenix, AZ or Harrisburg, PA preferred.Preferred Education and Experience:Advanced energy related certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Certification.A master’s degree or MBAExperience managing multi-family focused energy efficiency or weatherization programs.Key SkillsExcellent project and program management skillsAbility and experience in short and long-range planning and strategyProficient in establishing job and work process flowsDetail oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budgetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsPositive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativityClient service focusAbility to collaborate well at all levels within an organization, and a team-playerBenefitsResource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on candidate's qualifications.
