Psychiatrist - Clinical TMS Director (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) One of the largest outpatient mental health organizations in California, with a network of more than 120 psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and licensed therapists in more than 40 communities statewide offering mental healthcare in more than 12 languages and is poised to expand access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) across its established and upcoming offices in and outside of California, is looking for a psychiatry clinical leader in TMS who is enthusiastic about advancing clinical thinking and scaling the service to improve access to those in need. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to drive industry-leading clinical outcomes and thought leadership for treating depression, as well as helping drive treatment adoption for the groups providers. You will be working with a highly engaged TMS operations team to support the growth. In your role as TMS Clinical Director, you will lead the team to maintain a high-quality training program for clinicians. Develop TMS protocols and provide evidence-based standards of care/best practice recommendations. Establish outcome measures for TMS & lead the publishing of efficacy studies. Drive education and support programs for patients and clinicians. Support business-led growth initiatives to expand TMS service. Provide thought leadership on TMS to internal and external stakeholders. Payer engagement on TMS reimbursement.
