Required skills and minimum years of experience.IV Insertion 3-6 months experienceBasic EKG interpretation for recognition of high risk arrthymias 6 months

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC. MN RN license.

Shift or schedule requirements.8 or 12 hour shifts. Not scheduled alone.Call is expected if the employee is placed on low census, but no scheduled call shifts.Weekends required, currently rotating every third weekend

Floating to over units/departments.Float to ICU and MS or Post-partum or surgical Women s Center patients
