Job Summary:
ESO Consultants is seeking three experienced and motivated Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in our fast-paced Emergency Department located at 1200 Driving Park Ave, Newark, NY. These full-time positions involve working three to four 12-hour shifts per week on rotating schedules. First-time travelers are welcome!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver critical nursing care to patients in emergency situations.Perform triage, assess patient conditions, and prioritize treatments.Administer medications, treatments, and emergency care procedures.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to stabilize patients and provide high-quality care.Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the medical team.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.Provide patient education, including aftercare and discharge instructions.Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.BLS and ACLS certifications required.Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.Additional Information:
