MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVE 2 OR MORE YEARS OF ACUTE INPATIENT EXPERIENCE POST GRADUATION (NOT INCLUDING TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS ) TO BE SUBMITTEDA. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:Graduate of an accredited physical therapy programMaster's degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferredCurrent Hawaii State license as a Physical Therapist **LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLYCurrent certification in CPR at BLS/HCP levelB. EXPERIENCETwo (2) or more years of professional Physical Therapy experience in an inpatient acute care setting prior to any travel assignmentsC. Traveler RequirementsMust provide proof of full COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations per current CDC guidelinesNo RTO during initial assignment
