Laboratory Tech Associate - Off site
Waterloo, IA
AS NEEDED - Friday 7:30AM-12:00PM
Serves as a member of the clinical team under the general supervision of the Physician and Administrator.
Assists the physician in the care and treatment of the patient by collection of blood through phlebotomy techniques, including vacutainer and processing blood.
Responsibilities Care Coordination • Collects and processes blood product and other tasks as assigned. • Runs and maintains basic instrumentation Departmental Support • Duties including but not limited to stocking supplies, washing laboratory dishes, inventory management.
Qualifications Education
High school education or equivalent
Experience
6 months experience in a clinical laboratory
