A minimum of six months of recent paramedic experience in the State of IllinoisDemonstrated proficiency in technical skillsExcellent interpersonal skills including teamworkAbility to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to receive and follow through on directionsLicense/Certification Required:
State of Illinois Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMTP) licensureCurrent CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red CrossGeneral Summary:
To provide direct care to assigned patients, partnering with RN to coordinate activities. Under the supervision of the RN and according to established procedures performs patient care tasks and procedures as needed to provide care, comfort and safety of patients.
