We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of ABM and Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving targeted account engagement and pipeline growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative ABM strategies, optimizing demand generation programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
This role will be based in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target accounts, develop personalized engagement plans, and measure the impact of ABM programs.Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts through personalized and multi-touch campaigns.Develop personalized engagement plans for each target account, including account-based content, messaging, and outreach.Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, content, social media, paid advertising, etc.) to generate, nurture and convert leads.Collaborate closely with the sales team to align pipeline generation efforts with sales goals. Optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Leverage data and analytics to measure and analyze performance. Identify trends, optimize campaigns and programs, and provide insights to improve ROI.Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ABM and demand generation.Requirements/Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in ABM and demand generation roles.Proven track record of working with sales leaders to build and execute successful ABM and demand generation programs, and consistently achieving results.Ability to translate business objectives into a well-defined marketing strategy and execution plans that have clear metrics and KPIs.Ability to plan, manage and execute several marketing programs simultaneously.Strong analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI of programs and investments.Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
Hiring Range:$186,900 - $233,600 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
