About the Team

Alaska Behavioral Health provides comprehensive therapy services for adults experiencing mild, moderate, and severe mental illness. Our services include crisis intervention, psychiatric assessment and treatment, case management in conjunction with therapeutic services, individual and group therapy (including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy), psycho-social rehabilitation services, peer support, and vocational services.

Position is based in Anchorage, AlaskaFull-Time, ExemptPay Range is $72,310 to $93,579 depending on experience. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to $20,000!Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available - Professional Growth is encouraged!Clinicians participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, Five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year. PTO is used for company recognized holidays. 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 4% automatically contributed by AKBH.What We Need from You

You have a master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant fieldYou have experience working with CMI clients, and a background with substance abuse treatment is preferred
