Perform routine examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments.Craft personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs. Educate patients about their options, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.Provide patient-centered care that addresses specific oral health concerns. Foster positive relationships with patients and ensure a welcoming environment.Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to maintain efficient practice operations. Offer guidance on treatment protocols and best practices.Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Follow guidelines for specialty referrals when appropriate.Minimum Requirements for the Pediatric Dentist:
Degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution.Active, unrestricted dental license.Comfortable with the Pediatric population4 days per week between two locations.Skilled in performing standard dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative work.Experienced in creating and presenting treatment plans, as well as educating patients.A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a dedication to dental excellence.Why Work with Us?
