Title: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Administrator

SUMMARY: This purpose of this position is to be responsible for the administration of the Mennel Milling Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations system with a focus in supply chain which includes system configuration, software release management, user security and management. This position will sustain the Mission and Motto and Food Safety and Quality Statement of the Mennel Milling Company.

PRIMARY WORK SHIFT: Works shift as assigned and overtime as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without accommodation.• Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations in respect to GMP's, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the US FDA Food Safety Modernization Act as stated in the FS&Q Statement, and sanitation guidelines as set forth by the company as listed in Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and attend all required training sessions.• Work closely with supply chain associates ensuring high levels of end users utilization and warehouse functionality• Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365 production environment to ensure availability to users and other company systems.• Evaluate and respond to performance logs and alerts, including operating system, Dynamics 365 system and related systems• Responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution of Dynamics 365 as well as the management and monitoring of system resources and performance.• Assist in maintenance and upkeep of EDI communications.• Develop and maintain Docentric documents to fulfill customer/business requirements.• Assist in deployment, configuration, upgrade, enhancement and monitoring aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in production and non-production environments.• Perform problem analysis and resolve escalated technical problems reported by users and management.• Contribute to and maintain system standards as well as maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures.• Assist in frequent regression testing and configuration of regression testing tools.• Identify threats or improper configurations that may impact system security• .• Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties.• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning and reconfiguration of the Dynamics 365 environment.• Identify end user reporting and system needs and assist developers by creating and reviewing functional design documentation.• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement within systems or business processes.• Active member of the Dynamic 365 implementation team across the various

companies' locations and operations• Establish and maintain effective communications with IT Team.• Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no supervisory duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.• A minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; A Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field preferred• Well spoken, articulate and courteous verbal, written and phone correspondence.• Ability to learn and develop proficiency in the following: Dynamics 365; Dynamics for Operations security implementation and integration components, including DMF and other tools; Microsoft Azure Server Management and DB; SQL or Azure database administration• Strong Skills in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook• Ability to train groups of people and work with all levels of management• Demonstrates the ability to organize multiple projects with attention to detail.• Possesses strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Ability to travel up to 50%

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, procedures, and plans. Ability to write reports, complete checklists and other basic documentation and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information or data in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers, supervisors, and managers

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY:

Must use solid judgment when making decisions. Must have ability to quickly recognize hazards and improvement areas.
