Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join team that consists of 21 primary care physicians and 7 APCs. Support staff include MA, RN, and staffing support.OutpatientFull Time 1.0 FTE 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week)100% of the time will be spent within the clinic (no hospital or rounding responsibilities with his role)On-Call is shared among the call groupCurrently split between 21 providers across 4 sites in our call group. This equates to an on-call shift about 2x/month.Clinic Hours - 7a-6p Monday-Thursday and 7a-5p FridayAverage of 18-22 patients/ day once well established. Currently, all of our physicians in peds run on a 15/30 min templatePatient Panel: 1,500-2,50020-bed Pediatric Unit and 22-bed NICUPhysicians enjoy a collegial atmosphere, supportive of both primary care and specialists.
Compensation & Benefits
This is an employed position with a guaranteed salary for 2 years.
