We are partnered with a well known company that is seeking a Sr. Director of Treasury. The position is on-site 4 days per week in West LA.Salary: $190-$250kResponsibilities:
Ownership of debt covenant compliance packageDeep knowledge of and experience with credit agreements and debt capital marketsDesign and implement systems to streamline efficienciesManage team of 2Oversee debt administrationAssist with capital structure strategy, planning and executionManage lender relationsDevelop and maintain working capital and free cash flow forecastManage debt activityManage foreign exchange risk management program and policiesRequired Qualifications:
