Position Summary:
Work as part of a dedicated, trauma-informed, multidisciplinary team to provide crisis and on-going clinical services to primarily veterans and active military members, in an office setting, and in the community. Utilize evidence-based practice modalities for the treatment of clientele. Responsibilities include: Diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy utilizing trauma-informed evidence-based treatments, and crisis intervention and assessment services. Establish partnerships to improve access to trauma-informed crisis intervention, clinical care, and ongoing coordination of services.
Qualifications:Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required;Independent license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT);Experience working with military populations required, familiarity of military culture and unique needs of service members and their families.Experience working with individuals impacted by traumatic stress preferred.LCDP or experience with Substance Use Disorders is a plus.Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programsPublic Speaking and strong organizational skills.Must show ability to facilitate trainings with trauma informed practice.Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensatedFlexible schedule with some evenings.Excellent multitasking and communication skills a mustAbility to work independently and part of a team.Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.Physical Requirements : This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.Ability to lift up to 20lbs.Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.Don’t meet every single requirement?
