Mayvin is seeking to hire a Robotics Engineer for the design, development, testing, and project management of advanced unmanned robotics systems. The successful candidate will work robotics requirements with the program team to execute initiatives, develop, and maintain project plans, and assume day-to-day project and acquisition administration in support of US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Ft. Liberty, NC.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Mayvin is seeking to hire a Robotics Engineer for the design, development, testing, and project management of advanced unmanned robotics systems. The successful candidate will work robotics requirements with the program team to execute initiatives, develop, and maintain project plans, and assume day-to-day project and acquisition administration in support of US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Ft. Responsibilities:
- Understanding operational capability gaps and assisting in the development of scientific and technical solutions with end-used input
- Working with governmental, academic, or industrial partners to create and test hardware or software for robotics systems and sub-systems, or modifying existing commercial off-the-shelf products
- Interpreting technical data from laboratory testing and translating the outcomes to a non-technical and technical audience
- Manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously
- BS / MS in Robotic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, with a preference for experience in autonomy, robotics, or robotics engineering
- Hands-on experience with the design and development of mechanical or electronic robotic components
- Experience with sensors, LIDAR/Radar, and navigation or object recognition systems
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel (10-25%)
- SOF experience
- Military acquisition experience
- Working knowledge of a programming language (C/C++, Python, ROS)
- Top Secret clearance
